The Forward Food Leadership Summit

Michelle Fedele participated in a panel discussion at the 1st plant-based Forward Food leadership summit in Ontario, organized by the Humane Society International/Canada in collaboration with Trent University and Fleming College. This summit brought together food service professionals, industry leaders and other stakeholders in a peer-to-peer environment, to gain insights into the latest trends in both implementing and marketing plant-based menus.
